Ri also shared details of the recent meeting of the WPK Central Committee and the DPRK's new economic and social development guidelines with the Cuban head of state.

On Thursday, he met Castro, current first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, delivering another written message from Kim. The contents of the message were not disclosed either.
