SEOUL, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- A plane carrying a high-ranking delegation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) arrived at a South Korean airport Friday to attend the opening ceremony of the South Korea-hosted Winter Olympics, local TV footage showed.
